Well these supplements have been around for a while now and many millions of dollars have been spent on them. Whilst Glucosamine in particular has some benefits for cartilage repair and stimulating synovial fluid (the fluid inside your joints), our research discovered that taking just Glucosamine and/or Chondroitin by themselves actually increase any inflammation that is present! (This even surprised us!). Therefore if you have been taking these supplements and not noticing much improvement- this may be why. The active ingredients in Mobicosa (humans) and Technyflex (animals) feed the joints but also possess anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties, all bundled up in a perfectly natural product. Maybe time for a change?
